We currently deliver to all Emirates within the UAE, including:

  • Abu Dhabi

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on orders above AED 200.
  • Orders below AED 200 will incur a standard shipping fee of AED 20.
  • Additional charges may apply for remote locations or express delivery requests.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email or WhatsApp message.
  • A tracking number to monitor your shipment status in real time.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect address information,
  • Customer unavailability,
  • Invalid contact details,

our courier partner will attempt to contact you for rescheduling. Additional delivery charges may apply for repeated delivery attempts.

7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information, including:

  • Full name
  • Mobile number
  • Building/Villa number
  • Area and city
  • Any relevant landmarks

Incomplete addresses may result in delivery delays.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged package or notice missing items, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details for assistance.

  • UAE public holidays
